The Ask a Lifestyle and Wellness Coach group gives you access to weekly motivation, a weekly focus on developing a positive mindset and a forum where you can ask Tamara, a Nutrition Coach and Personal Training Specialist for advice or tips on how to adapt your lifestyle to meet your goals.

Our Motivational Challenges group gives you that accountability, and sometimes even a little competition if that's what motivates you! Some months we have fun challenges like Bingo and sometimes we have more intense challenges like our last Arm Strength Improvement challenge.
Our regular Let's Talk group sessions hosted via Zoom are an online opportunity for connecting, commiserating and learning.
Once a month our Red Seal certified Chef Lindsay hosts a 1 hour, online "Let's Get Cooking" class for our Premium Access members based on the recipes YOU select.
