How Do I Sign Up?

Go to the Join Today tab on the website menu.  When you hit the subscribe button for the Option that you want then you will be taken to the PayPal website to make an account.  You will have the option to pay using your credit card or link your bank account to PayPal.  This PayPal account will be used if you need to make any changes to your subscription or you can ask Tamara at tamara@changeswellness.ca to help you make changes.  

How Do I Access Changes: A Wellness Community?

Changes is hosted via 2 apps that can be downloaded onto your phone or accessed on your computer.  After you join you will receive a Welcome email outlining which app to download and how to access it. You will also be asked to forward a short bio and a picture so that you can be introduced to the other members in the group.   

What Do I Do Once I've Downloaded the App?

Once you've downloaded the app you can start exploring the different groups that you have been added to based on your membership.  There is a calendar posted every 2 weeks under the Announcements group that outlines what is being offered that week with the Zoom links. You can upload a profile picture and cover photo, search for topics using the search functions, and post comments or photos.  There are tutorials posted or if you'd like Tamara can do a videoconference with you to walk you through the different features like setting your notifications.   

Are the Workouts Led By a Personal Trainer?

All workouts posted or streamed are NOT supervised by a personal trainer.  When you receive your Welcome email you will be asked to read and accept a legal disclaimer acknowledging that you are aware that Changes is not responsible for any injures incurred while working out at home.  

Do I Need to Have Zoom?

All videoconferences are hosted using Zoom so you will need to download the app.  This can either be done ahead of time or your device will prompt you on how to do it the first time you click on a link to access a meeting.  If you are in a rural setting you may find that the video feature won't work as well as just using audio so people can hear you but not see you.  

How Does the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee Work?

In 2 weeks you should be able to fully experience all that Changes has to offer.  If in that first 14 days you don't feel like Changes is what you're looking for then you email tamara@changeswellness.ca and let her know and you will be refunded your full membership fee.   All feedback is appreciated and the sooner you can ask questions to help improve and enhance your experience the better.
