She is like all of us here at Changes, she believes that life is about moderation and balance, not restrictions, and genuinely wants to see you succeed.
Let's face it, exercise can be boring! So why not make it a little more fun by adding some incentive? We currently have a group challenge going where we are tracking our walking/ running/ swimming/ yoga-ing/ spinning/ kickboxing minutes as we make our way through Mexico and South America.
