She believes that life is about moderation and balance, not restrictions, and genuinely wants to see you succeed.
Let's face it, exercise can be boring! So why not make it a little more fun by adding some competition? There are ways to compete with yourself like setting a personal best on an exercise, or if you're interested in competing with others there is always someone ready to rise to the challenge with you!
Remember that couple from the '90s that used to come on the commercials to give you tips on how to get moving? They were big advocates of getting 30 minutes of exercise a day and so are we! Join the 30 Minutes a Day Club group, post a pic and cheer each other on, it's that simple! Every week there are options for exercise, whether that's trying out a workout someone else is doing, joining a live streamed workout with Tamara or sometimes even checking out a guest fitness instructor.
